JOB OVERVIEW


Our Vernon Studo is looking to fill an Evening Care Coordinator shift! Our environment brings that of professionalism with an abundance of fun. We look for individuals that encompass ambition, are result-focused in their role, looking to obtain growth in their position with NeuMovement and strives to be a part of a multidisciplinary team environment. We cherish our Care Coordinators as an essential part of the NeuMovement Team! We are looking for individuals that are experienced with answering phone calls, booking appointments and other office assistant duties. The right candidate should be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, organized, have great time management skills, and be able to multi-task. This position requires the ability to manage the front desk with efficiency and accuracy at a busy Pilates & Physiotherapy Studio. What the job entails: Answering phone calls Billing insurance companies and patients Booking appointments Processing payment Assisting with various other administrative duties We are looking to fill evening hours, Mon-Thurs, 13hours/week with the possibility of more hours in the future.
