Shortly after finishing high school I began to grow a motivation to move my body once a day, which is how I found Pilates. Pilates to me has become a form of meditation as well as a workout, I find that the way Pilates aligns the body and mind in motion is truly something worth sharing, because of the healing benefits, physical benefits as well as mental benefits. This is merely why I decided to take one step further and becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor and I am forever grateful to be able to help teach and empower my clients, and have them teach me along the way as well."

WHY DO YOU LOVE NEUMOVEMENT?
I actually started out with NeuMovement as an admin, so you may recognize me from the front desk attempting to make (not-so) funny jokes! I could write paragraphs on why I love NeuMovement, but a few reasons would be the atmosphere and the people. These are some of the most wildly amazing and inspiring bunch of people I've ever met; also the most open-minded, accepting people (plus they all laugh at my jokes even if they aren't funny -- that's true support right there!). Another huge reason why I love NeuMovement is there's always room to grow and widen your knowledge with an abundant amount of support along the way, it's overall a great place to be if you're looking to get motivated and hit with a wave of good energy.
FAVOURITE DAY OFF ACTIVITY?
My favourite day off activity really depends on the weather, but generally, I love to get outside on a trail, at the beach, getting my sweat on or spending some time with friends and family.
WHAT GOAL DO YOU STRIVE FOR WITH YOUR CLIENTS?
I love giving people the feeling that they learnt something new, or that they achieved something they've been working towards. I think the main thing I strive to achieve with clients post-session would be providing them with a sense of empowerment and strength in both the mind and body.
