WHY DO YOU LOVE NEUMOVEMENT?
I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Our studio is full of such amazing staff and clients. The love and positivity is contagious!
WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO?
Definitely hiking! Being lost in the mountains somewhere is the best way to clear your mind and energize your body. Plus nothing beats a spontaneous road trip to the rockies!
FAVOURITE DAY OFF ACTIVITY?
Doing anything outdoors! I try to spend as much time as possible outside. Whether it's hiking, kayaking, or just exploring the okanagan, I definitely will be out getting some fresh air on everyday off.
