Lynn Orsak
Registered Physiotherapist
MPT, BSc. (Kin.), ACC-1, ISM Certified, Pelvic Floor Therapist
Lynn has an active approach to physical therapy that allows the client to be in charge of their own well-being. Using the Integrated Systems Model to discover the root of the problem and treating her clients with a combination of manual therapy, visceral and fascial techniques, acupuncture, exercise, and education, she believes in the capacity for the body to heal in every situation.
She integrates breathing, yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness practices into physical therapy to provide a holistic approach to foster clients’ overall health and wellness.
Lynn loves treating clients of any age and stage, but really thrives treating runners, moms (both new and not so new), and anyone who's trying to enjoy their favourite activities even more!
Nicole Strachan
Registered Physiotherapist
BHK, MScPT
Nicole is a Kelowna native with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Clinical Exercise Physiology from UBC. She is certified in concussion management through Complete Concussion Management Inc. and incorporates fascia release techniques into her practice.
Nicole takes a client-centered approach, empowering individuals to take an active role in their rehabilitation through a blend of hands-on therapy and personalized exercise programs.

Using soft tissue work, fascial release, and joint mobilizations, Nicole helps clients reduce pain and improve function. She believes movement is essential for both mental and physical well-being, drawing from her background in classical dance, volleyball, running, skiing, and hiking. Passionate about helping others stay active, she works closely with clients to create lasting improvements in their health and mobility.
Jamie Munro
Registered Physiotherapist
MPT, BHK, ISM Graduate, AN-IMS
Jamie graduated from UBCO with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics in 2018 and UBC Vancouver with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2022. In addition to being an ISM graduate, she has completed certificates in manual therapy, advanced vestibular rehab, modern dry needling: anatomical neuropathic intramuscular stimulation, and external pelvic floor.

While using an exercise, evidence-based approach adjunct to manual therapy, dry needling and fascia release, Jamie believes there is no single approach is right for every individual. She strives to empower her clients in navigating their healing journey that promotes a lifestyle of longevity and happiness.

When Jamie is not working or studying, you can find her doing all the outside things: mountain biking, dirt biking, trail running, skiing, soccer and wake-surfing.
Hannah Love
Registered Physiotherapist
MScPT, BSc
Born and raised in Vernon, Hannah is proud to help people move and feel better in the community that shaped her active lifestyle. She’s a compassionate, down-to-earth physiotherapist who takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to injury rehab, pain management, and everyday movement goals.
Her treatments combine hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and dry needling when appropriate. She helps her clients feel supported and confident at every stage of recovery.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her planning her next travel adventure, trying to pet every dog she meets, enjoying far too much reality TV, or hunting down the best patios the city has to offer.
Jen Gulley
Registered Physiotherapist
MPT, BHK, ISM Graduate, AN-IMS
Jen Gulley is living her best life by being a part of the NEUMovement team and her clients lives. She has been offering physiotherapy to clients since 2005 after graduating from the UofA. She went on to complete her Fellowship of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy. Following that she completed her training in the Integrated Systems Model. More recently she has learned visceral, craniosacral and fascial release techniques.
Jen strongly believes in treating clients as whole beings where the physical, mental and emotional parts of us all impact our health and healing. She loves working with clients using a variety of tools to help them reach their goals and live their best life.
When she isn’t at the studios you can find her with her two girls and dog playing in the beautiful Okanagan!
PILATES INSTRUCTORS
Emma McCarty
Certified Pilates Instructor, Physiotherapy Assistant and Personal Trainer
Emma graduated from UBCO with a degree in Health and Exercise Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She is passionate about helping people return to their daily activities and achieve their exercise goals. With her Pilates certification, she incorporates Pilates movements into recovery plans, providing a personalized and effective approach to rehabilitation.

Outside the studio, Emma enjoys exploring the Okanagan’s scenic hiking trails, relaxing with a good book and a cup of tea, and spending time with her longhaired Chihuahua, Lupin—named after one of her favorite Harry Potter characters.
Michelle Southgate
Certified Pilates Instructor, Physiotherapy Assistant and Personal Trainer
Michelle has 10 years of Pilates experience to offer, and starting as a physiotherapy patient at NeuMovement, she wants to see people improve through Pilates and proper movement. She enjoys teaching a mixture of rehab and challenging workouts.
Stefany Mathias
Certified Pilates Instructor and Physiotherapy Assistant
Working with Stefany you will learn how to find your alignment and how to “stack” your bones so that your muscles can operate at their best and most efficient by activating the deep stabilizing muscles and building strength from there. Stefany loves to challenge your body and mind with workouts that will strengthen and release tension held in your body from stress or injury. Stefany creates workouts that are specific to your body’s needs in order to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Olivia Fichter
Certified Pilates Instructor
Olivia is very passionate about all things wellness and movement. As a certified
Pilates instructor, it is her mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals and enhance your overall
well-being. She received her certification through Neu Pilates and plans on continuing her studies at
UBCO to become a kinesiologist. Healing and strengthening through movement is important to her,
and she can’t wait to help others feel better in their bodies!
When she not in the studio, you’ll likely find her exploring the great outdoors, practicing mindfulness,
or diving into new books about movement and body mechanics. She is always on the hunt for new
ways to make our sessions even more fun and effective. Join her, and let’s discover the

Adrian Matias
Registered Massage Therapist
Adrian is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in carpentry, where he first discovered the benefits of massage therapy in promoting recovery and overall well-being. His deep interest in human anatomy and passion for helping others led him to pursue a career in healthcare, earning his RMT designation at Vancouver Career College. Now, he is grateful to practice in his hometown, providing personalized treatments to support his patients’ health and mobility.

Adrian works with patients of all ages, focusing on chronic pain, headaches, injuries, stress management, and posture dysfunction. His treatment approach includes myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, joint play, and relaxation massage. With experience in both spa and clinical settings, he tailors each session to address the root cause of discomfort and restore balance.
Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, cycling, and hiking, making the most of Okanagan’s beautiful summers with his wife and daughter.
Christiane Corriveau
Registered Massage Therapist
Chrissy has been a full-time Registered Massage Therapist since 2013 after graduating with honours from Collège Boréal. In her little hometown, she is praised for her healing touch and her ability to connect with the client’s body on all levels.
Her approach to bodywork is rather unique. She works to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain by integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point style massage, Myofascial and connective tissue release, and Reiki. She believes we all contain the innate ability to heal and uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Through compassionate and careful listening, she addresses both physical and energetic issues, gently ushering your body toward peace, balance, relaxation and the potential for deep releasing of all kinds.
Her soul has been pushing for her to share her gifts with those who are ready to start their healing journey.
Mathew Rayfield
Registered Massage Therapist
Born and raised in Northern BC, Mathew always felt a strong connection to the Okanagan. After spending time playing hockey in Penticton and attending the Vernon Army Cadet Camp, he knew this was the place he wanted to call home. Wanting a career change into healthcare, Matt attended and graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2021.
As an RMT, Mathew believes that manual therapy isn't just for treating injuries or chronic conditions-it's a key part of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Whether you're looking for a goal-oriented treatment or ongoing maintenance, Matt tailors his approach to each individual. His techniques can range from very gentle to deeper, more focused work, depending on your needs and preferences.

Outside of the clinic, Matt enjoys a quiet atmosphere, reading, video games, and spending time with family.
