Exercise should be pain free! Do you have pain while you exercise?
Pain when exercising is often due to: improper form, the wrong muscles firing patterns, mal-alignment, muscle tightness or joint stiffness. Book in for an integrated session, to get an assessment from a physiotherapist followed by a one on one Pilates Session with one of our Physiotherapy Assistants to work on your technique.
What makes Physiotherapy at NEU Movement different?
Longer appointment times. Our Initial assessments are 45 minutes of one on one time with your Physiotherapy practitioner. Follow up appointments are 30-45 minutes (most physiotherapy clinics book 15 minute appointment times.)
We only see one client at a time. No juggling back and forth between 3-4 patients, every patient receives a minimum of 30 minutes of treatment.

We look forward to working with you!
