If you are new to Pilates....
This is where you start.
Private sessions offer you a workout tailored to your specific needs. Using all of the Pilates equipment you are led through exercises that will teach you the fundamental principles of Pilates in an enjoyable and engaging way.
Clients have found this to be an effective way to accelerate their Pilates practice and achieve positive results.
Reformer classes are workouts executed on the most popular piece of Pilates equipment - the reformer. All group reformer/chair classes are taught in a small group - a maximum of four persons. It is like having a personal trainer observing and correcting you to proper alignment when performing exercises.
Reformer classes are offered for three different levels; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Mat & Small Equipment
A mat based workout is designed to challenge and invigorate your whole body. Using your body and light equipment for resistance you can really challenge your whole body. People with injuries and acute pain are not recommended for this class.
Maximum group size = 8 people.
Change up your workout routine and take a chair/mat combo class that challenges core strength on a small base of support.
Still using spring weight, you get get a low impact, but challenging class that incorporates a whole new sequence of moves to keep the body and mind in optimal condition.

Pre-natal Pilates is a gentle mindful approach to exercise. It is an approach that facilitates health and strength in your body as it changes to accommodate your pregnancy.
The modified exercises cater specifically to your body's needs with greater comprehension and awareness of the boundaries that pregnancy requires. Working out during pregnancy will bolster your recovery after delivery, as well as help maintain strength, length and power throughout and after your pregnancy.
Must have an evaluation prior to enrollment.
