SHAUNA MCGOWAN

Registered Massage Therapist

Shauna Mcgowan has a passion for working with the body-mind connection. She has worked in the health and wellness industry for 10 years beginning as a Massage practitioner. After completing 2200 hours at Okanagan Valley School of Massage Therapy she embarked on a trip to South East Asia where she toured 5000 km by bike through 5 countries. Post-trip life took a turn in a different direction when a serious health issue was diagnosed. Health was placed front stage and Shauna embraced many natural and holistic healing modalities to help bring the body back into balance and health. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy was the biggest influence on her healing journey. In September 2017 Shauna graduated from the international school - Body Intelligence becoming a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. Since 2017 Shauna has been practising as a busy Registered Massage Therapist using Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as her main modality.  She has completed the following postgraduate courses; Neumovement pilates mat training, paediatrics conditions, pelvis anatomy and plans to continue taking more postgraduate education. Shauna’s passion is to live life to its fullest while sporting a giant authentic smile and inspire others to do the same.
