FAVOURITE QUOTE TO LIVE BY

“People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel” – Maya Angelou

WHY DO YOU LOVE NEUMOVEMENT?

As someone who loves being active (I have previously taught spin and barre classes), I love the idea of incorporating a dynamic workout plan into a physiotherapy action plan. Most people I know from Kelowna are always trying to better themselves to be healthier, happier versions of themselves, and as anyone who has taken a pilates class can attest to, this will definitely help you achieve this goal while keeping in mind whatever has initially brought you into physiotherapy!

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU EACH DAY?

I am motivated every day to try to better myself in some way! Some days I try a new or harder workout, other days I try a new wine to see if that helps my palate. I count everything from reading a new book, hiking a new trail, or trying a new recipe. It’s all about balance!

WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU OUTSIDE THE STUDIO?

99% of the time I will be with my dog! Either swimming at the beach or running through the dog parks and vineyards.
