Certified Pilates Instructor & Kinesology
While you may recognize me from the front desk where I worked as an admin, I’m proud to say that I’ve completed my kinesiology degree and accepted a kinesiology role at Neumovement! Growing up on Vancouver Island, I soaked in all the outdoor activities, skiing on Mount Washington, kayaking in the beautiful Salish Sea, hiking through old growth forests, and so much more. The Island was amazing however, the kinesiology program at the University of British Columbia Okanagan and rumours of champagne powder at Big White drew me to Kelowna and I’ve now fully embraced the Okanagan lifestyle!
In my late teens, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that impacts my ability to move. During my early 20s I bounced from various clinics and practitioners, trying numerous treatments all while searching for the best tools to manage my illness and lead a fulfilled life. Mentally and physically, physical rehabilitation and exercise played a pivotal role in my healing and lead me to study kinesiology with a
goal of helping others improve their quality of life and manage chronic pain. I fully stand behind the biopsychosocial approach to rehabilitation and believe in the power of autonomy. My professional interests include helping clients understand chronic pain, providing clients with the education and tools to manage chronic pain through exercise, and ultimately restore function and independence while gaining confidence. I strive to approach my client’s journeys which optimism,
realism, and passion for helping you gain confidence and get back to doing what you love!
Also, with laughter. Always laughter. I’m excited to work with you in helping you achieve your individual goals while pushing your limits to show you what you’re really capable of!

WHY DO YOU LOVE NEUMOVEMENT?
I absolutely love the culture at Neu! Our team is so supportive and understanding of one another. Additionally, our clients are great! Our clients feel like an extended family and I feel so privileged to be embraced and invited to help guide our clients through their individual health and rehabilitation journeys.
WHERE CAN WE FIND OUT OUTSIDE THE CLINIC
You’ll find me skiing at Big White or Nordic, paddle boarding on the lake, petting stranger’s dogs, and possibly even at a winery or two (or three).
WHAT GOAL DO YOU STRIVE FOR WITH YOUR CLIENTS POST TREATMENT?
I strive to educate my clients and encourage autonomy. I aim to provide my clients with exercises and movement patterns to be incorporated into their daily lives to encourage functional movement patterns beyond the clinic.
