CASSIDY MARSHALL
Certified Pilates Instructor & Kinesiologist
My name is Cassidy, and I was born and raised in the North Okanagan. I have a passion for health and fitness and I love the active lifestyle that so many individuals in this area are able to enjoy. Growing up I played many sports, and have dealt with several injuries throughout the years, which lead me to my interest in kinesiology.

I graduated from the University of British Columbia Bachelor of Human Kinetics (kinesiology) program with a focus in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I am a member of the BCAK as a practicing kinesiologist and am very excited to use my personal experience and knowledge gained incorporated with Pilates to help you with all of your health and fitness goals. Whether that be regaining strength, recovery from injury or improving one's general health and fitness. I am ready to help anybody no matter ailment or injury!

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me either at the lake, kayaking or swimming or in the mountain’s horseback riding or hiking. In the winter you'll find me at an arena on the ice playing hockey, on bench coaching, or on the ski hill trying not to fall!
FAVOURITE QUOTE TO LIVE BY
"The strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack"- Rudyard Kipling.
WHY DO YOU LOVE NEUMOVEMENT?
I love NeuMovement because of the welcoming atmosphere and energy you feel as soon as you walk in the door of the studio.
WHERE CAN WE FIND OUT OUTSIDE THE CLINIC
In the summer you can find me at the lake either on the beach or on the water kayaking! In the winter you'll find me at an area on the ice playing hockey or on the bench coaching!
WHAT GOAL DO YOU STRIVE FOR WITH YOUR CLIENTS POST TREATMENT?
My goal for my client's post treatment is for them to leave feeling good about what they accomplished in that session and with the knowledge that they have my full support throughout their journey. I strive to help them learn and feel confident in their ability to be successful with their own goals whether that be regaining strength, recovery from injury or improving one's general health and fitness.
