Professionally I’ve worked in finance and customer service for many years, although health and wellness have always been my passion. Being apart of the Neu admin team has given me an incredible opportunity to incorporate my skills with my passion. It feels amazing!"

WHY DO YOU LOVE NEUMOVEMENT?
I love Neu Movement for many reasons, it’s a place I can be vulnerable but I can also tell jokes, laugh and have fun! I feel safe at Neu.
WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO?
Outside the studio you can find me cooking up a new recipe in the kitchen or exploring a new trail, beach, golf course or restaurant. I love trying new things and exploring new places.​
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE OFF DAY ACTIVITY?
My favourite day off is spending the day with my partner and our 2 dogs.
