Hi, my name is Brooklyn ( yes like the bridge). I grew up in Kamloops BC, I came to Vernon for my massage therapy program and just so happened to love Vernon and all it has in store! Growing up I was in multiple sports but really stuck with trampoline Gymnastics (thinking I'd be more coordinated! Hint: definitely didn’t happen) and weightlifting! Both demanding physically and mentally really taught me about my own body and how it works! 

 

I’ve always loved the human body and all the puzzle pieces and how it comes together! It really intrigued me especially the aspect of pregnancy and child development; therefore how old injuries can cause more injuries in the future and how interrelated they are! That’s why massage therapy was so interesting to me because of how we use all the tools we have to deal with the whole body, not just one part!  I also love working with people one on one and getting to know why people are the way they are!
